Excellent, Lorraine and I thought Barry did a great job negotiating with the seller. This is only the 2nd home we have purchased so he was patient and helpful. He was available 24/7 with any questions. We actually went to him on the home because it was not on the market and we spoke to him two years ago on it. So that tells you we were comfortable with his first meeting. I would go to Barry for future purchases and sales. Thanks again Barry and Walt we really enjoy our vacation home.
