Barry is a very proactive agent. I was trying to relocate just locally, mainly to be closer to work and have a fenced-in yard for the dog, and he was very good at finding houses in my price range and according to my needs. Although there were a few I loved for their architectural detail, I also had to concern myself with it being the last house I might be in and the steep stairs of older houses. We did find a few that met my needs, but not my price range, but it was still good to know what was available and comparable to my house as far as selling it. Barry also returned my emails very quickly. He is also not a pushy salesperson. He is very patient.
